What publishers are accepting manuscripts from new authors?

I know it’s not easy. I’m just looking for publishers who still accept manuscripts from non-published authors. I can’t afford an agent or to self publish. Does anybody have any ideas?
Also, I’m thirteen, so would that affect it? As such, I have no real qualifications, but my grammar’s fine, I’ve been in set 1 since whenever, gifted and talented etc…

Never Pay Anybody. Ever. Remember Yog’s Law: Money Flows Toward the Writer.

First, make sure your novel is complete, polished, and critiqued by people who know what they’re doing. Then query agents who represent books like yours. If one elects to represent you, they will try to place your book with an editor at a publishing house. Your agent gets 15% of your advance, you keep the rest. Never, _ever_ pay anybody. And educate yourself so you won’t avoid the many scams out there.
